At Sawdust And Ponytails, every single item is custom made print-on-demand just for you using our production partner. Because we don’t mass-produce or stockpile inventory, your order goes through two distinct phases before it arrives at your door and may take a little longer to ship. Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
Production & Fulfillment Time
* It takes 2–7 business days to create and print your custom apparel.
* Most orders are printed and packaged within 3 business days.
Shipping Cost & Times
*Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days — $5 flat rate. Enjoy free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
*Once your shirt is printed, it is handed off to a shipping carrier. Estimated shipping speeds depend on your location and is typically 3–6 business days via USPS or FedEx in the continential US.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package ships, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link so you can follow it's journey from our hands to yours. If you order multiple different items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages if they are fulfilled from different regional printing facilities.
