How long will it take to get my order?

Because we use a print-on-demand model to prevent waste, every order goes through two phases: production (2–7 business days to print and package your gear) and shipping (3–6 business days in transit). Most orders arrive at your door within 7–10 business days total.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because our system syncs instantly with our printing partner, production begins very quickly.Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.Please email us at support@sawdustandponytails.com immediately upon placing your order if you need to make adjustments and we will do our best to accommodate. Once an order enters the printing queue, it cannot be altered or canceled.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Don't panic! Because we custom print your items, different styles or colors are occasionally fulfilled at different regional printing facilities. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Check your email for multiple tracking links.

How do your t-shirts fit?

Our unisex cut shirts feature a premium retail fit, which means they have a slightly tailored shape. It is not too loose or tight, providing a comfortable and flattering fit for all body types. They are incredibly soft and fit true to size for a standard look.

💡 Pro Tip for Shop Wear:For those used to looser, boxy, old-school promo tees, the premium Bella+Canvas 3001 might feel a bit more slim-fit. If you prefer a highly fitted look, size down. If you like a cozy, relaxed fit for moving around easily and working in the shop, size up!

To ensure your fit stays consistent over the lifetime of the shirt, our premium blanks go through an advanced fabric pre-shrinking process before the shirts are ever cut and sewn. This specialized heat and steam compression engineering guarantees a maximum shrinkage rate of only 5%, meaning your favorite shirt won't mysteriously drop down a full size after its first run through the laundry grid!

Do you have a sizing chart?

Yes! We highly recommend measuring your favorite t-shirt at home and comparing it to our Size Chart before buying since all items are custom printed just for you. Grab your favorite tee, lay it flat, measure it, and compare it. Responsible shopping vibes only!

How to measure:

Width: Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit.

Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.

Can I exchange my shirt if it doesn't fit?

Because each garment is printed on-demand exclusively for you when you order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size choices. Please double-check our size charts before completing checkout! If your item arrives misprinted or damaged, we will replace it immediately at zero cost to you.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a straightforward $5 flat-rate standard shipping fee on all orders. Even better? If your cart hits $75 or more, your shipping is completely FREE.

Are your shirts durable enough for workshop conditions?

Absolutely. We use high-grade, durable blanks printed with advanced Direct-to-Garment (DTG) inks that bind straight to the fabric fibers. They are designed to withstand flying sawdust, workshop chaos, and repeated machine washings without cracking, peeling, or twisting out of shape.

Print-on-demand means less waste and absolutely zero mass overproduction. Our production partners use eco-friendly inks, meaning you get to look fantastic while being kind to the planet. Love that for you! 🌿
